Gradually shift your weight from the support to your feet. · Release the support, straighten up, and stand fully on the board. · Endure. After 10-15 seconds, the desire to get off the nails will become unbearable. Keep standing. · It is necessary to overcome the threshold of unbearable desire to leave and continue standing for at least ten minutes. During this time, it is important to concentrate energy on your intention and not to dissipate it. · Shift your weight back to the support with your hands and carefully step off the board.
